The objective for the Régie Eau d'Azur is to renew its complementary health care plan subscribed in 2017 and thus lead to the implementation of the new plan on 1.1.2022. All employees of the Régie Eau d'Azur benefit from the same health care cover comprising a single level of guarantee.
The market is not allotted. The contract is not a master purchase order agreement. The Régie Eau d'Azur imposes a maximum budget constraint that corresponds to the overall budget currently allocated to the health care system. The amount of this annual budget constraint is EUR 560,000 for the assets regime (at constant headcount), or EUR 4,480,000 over the maximum duration of the contract (eight years). For information, the Régie Eau d'Azur covers 50% of the total contribution, ie an annual budget of 280,000 EUR.
