The client intends to convert part of the existing underground car park into a media and press centre on the Arena-Straße 1 site. The execution of the measure will be carried out to a general contractor in the partnering model, in particular with regard to the demolition and shell construction work, with regard to the expansion if necessary in trades. Presence on the construction site is expected.

The eligible costs amount to EUR 3.6 million (net).

The subject of this award is the commissioning of basic services of object planning of service phases 5 to 8 in accordance with § 34 in conjunction with Annex 10.1 HOAI.

The services are to be started immediately after the award of the contract.
