Description:
Supply of battery trolleybuses

Three-axle battery-powered trolleybus with two drive axles and three doors. The vehicles can be driven either in the operating modes overhead line and battery driving.

The traction battery is charged during catenary travel. If the traction battery is not receptive, the recuperation energy is fed back into the catenary network within the permissible limit values.

The modular traction electrics are consistently designed with a two-stage insulation over intermediate potential as protective insulation. The drive converters are housed in a watertight and air-cooled device container on/in the roof. The communication of the power electronics is realized via an open, freely available on the market, bus system (e.g. CANopen standard). The certification of the control hardware is carried out according to SIL 2, the certification of the software processes in the vehicle according to EN 50128.

The vehicle shall be equipped with a Li-traction battery with a guaranteed usable energy content of at least 45 kWh.

The vehicles have full air conditioning. The heater is electrically powered air heater, in the passenger compartment in underchair design.

The pantographs are mounted on the roof of the back-up and allow automatic wiring and wiring with funnels.

The driver's workplace is designed according to VDV specifications.

Conformity with approval procedures under German law, in particular according to the Ordinance on the Construction and Operation of Trams (BO Strab), publications and notifications from the Association of German Transport Companies (VDV), guidelines Association of German Engineers (VDI), guidelines Association of German Electrical Engineers (VDE), German industrial standard (DIN), European standard (EN) etc.
