Troms fylkeskommune (TFK) v/ Troms fylkestrafikk (TFT) [Troms County (TFK) c/o Troms County Traffic (TFT)], (the Contracting Authority), invites tenderers to participate in a tender competition for public transport services for school vehicle contracts. The contracts are divided by municipality, where one contract will be entered into for each municipality, and the tenderers can select to submit tenders for one or more municipalities.

The routes included in the contracts are open routes, but primarily it is transport of school students.
