1. The subject of the order is the delivery, installation, configuration, and commissioning of the "Information System" along with the delivery, installation, and configuration of the necessary hardware infrastructure and base software required for the proper functioning of the system.
2. The term "Information System" refers to the software provided to the Ordering Party by the Contractor under a license, which includes the "AI System," an Assistant that verifies applications under the Clean Air Priority Program, a tool supporting the formal and substantive assessment process of funding applications and payment requests, particularly by automatically analyzing, organizing, and preliminarily classifying the data contained in the application along with the AI Tool for automatic response generation (AGO) and the AI Tool for document anonymization.
3. The general functionality of the Assistant includes support in the assessment process through the application of automation solutions for repetitive tasks and decision-making support based on the criteria contained in the checklists. The general functionality of the Assistant also assumes the use of new technologies, including language models and automation and decision support systems, while maintaining compliance with applicable legal regulations, especially with GDPR, AI Act, and programmatic guidelines. The goal is to minimize the risk of errors resulting from the need for manual verification of a large number of documents and to increase the efficiency of the assessment process.
4. Provision of technical support for the offered product.
5. The Contractor is obliged to conduct comprehensive training on the use and administration of the provided software for the employees indicated by the Ordering Party. The training must be conducted in Polish by individuals who possess the appropriate knowledge regarding the offered system.
6. The Ordering Party is entitled to exercise the option right with respect to modifications and extensions of the Information System up to a maximum of 1000 man-hours. Modifications to the System refer to changes to the Information System aimed at its development, including the handling of applications verification for other Programs and Competitions announced by the Ordering Party.
