New construction of a multifunctional building on the campus of Emden University of Applied Sciences
Awarding of planning services, object planning for buildings (Part 3, Section 1 HOAI 2013), service phases 5 - 8
The new building is planned as a divisible single-field sports hall and with a smaller exercise room as well as the associated ancillary rooms. In addition to general university sports, the main university use is the training of health-oriented courses of study within the Faculty of Social Work and Health (Physiotherapy/Motology/Occupational Therapy; Childhood Education; health management). In addition, Emden/Leer University of Applied Sciences will use the new building for events for up to 400 people.
The construction costs, cost group 200 - 700 (without 611 and 612) according to DIN 276 amount to 6,727,259 for the new building,-. EUR incl. 19% VAT
