The subject of the award procedure is the delivery, installation and installation of two new stationary systems as well as the replacement of four existing systems for speed monitoring (including services) from July 2023 at locations in the Lake Constance district. The service will be awarded in three lots.
Delivery of three monitoring columns and three measuring devicesThe scope of services essentially includes the following individual services:
- Delivery of three monitoring columns and three measuring devices (measuring module and laser scanner) for stationary speed monitoring. It must be possible to measure in both directions of travel.
- Installation and assembly of the stationary systems at the specified location, including the necessary structural measures (e.g. construction of foundations).
- Initial installation and commissioning of the measuring instruments.
- Training services for the operation of the monitoring systems.
- Service and maintenance of the monitoring systems for five years.
- Delivery of three carrying cases for the measuring instruments.
- Equipping the monitoring systems with technology and software for remote data transmission / remote diagnosis.
- Delivery of two flash trays per location (six in total).
Delivery of two monitoring columns and four measuring devices (measuring module and laser scanner) for stationary speed monitoring in two directionsThe scope of services essentially includes the following individual services:
- Delivery of two monitoring columns and four measuring devices (measuring insert and laser scanner) for stationary speed monitoring. It must be possible to measure in both directions of travel. Of the four measuring devices, two are to be used in each column (different directions).
- The measuring system used must be expandable for mobile two-wheeler measurements with a remote camera to take a front and rear photo.
- Installation and assembly of the stationary systems at the specified location, including the necessary structural measures (e.g. construction of foundations).
- Initial installation and commissioning of the measuring instruments.
- Training services for the operation of the monitoring systems.
- Service and maintenance of the monitoring systems for five years.
- Delivery of four carrying cases for the measuring instruments.
- Equipping the monitoring systems with technology and software for remote data transmission / remote diagnosis.
- Delivery of two flash slots per location (four in total).
Delivery of a stationary speed monitoring system and a measuring device (measuring module and laser scanner) for stationary speed monitoring with special height requirementsThe scope of services essentially includes the following individual services:
- Delivery of a stationary speed monitoring system and a measuring device (measuring insert and laser scanner) for stationary speed monitoring. It must be possible to measure at a height of up to three metres above road level. The stationary system itself can also be designed as a mast.
- Installation and assembly of the stationary system at the specified location, including the necessary structural measures (e.g. construction of foundations).
- Initial installation and commissioning of the measuring device.
- Training services for the operation of the monitoring system.
- Service and maintenance of the monitoring systems for five years.
- Delivery of a transport case for the measuring device.
- Equipping the monitoring systems with technology and software for remote data transmission / remote diagnosis.
- Delivery of a lightning slot.
