This contract covers the appointment of a project author for the preparation of studies and the management of works for the rehabilitation and tertiary upgrading of the Libramont Lhomme and Libramont Vierre wastewater treatment plants.
The procedure chosen for this service contract is that of the open procedure. This contract is divided into two lots, one of which includes a conditional tranche.
It is a global price market (Royal Decree 18 April 2017, art 2, 3°).

The study mission will focus on the design and drafting of a works contract to be carried out by open design-build procedure and will aim at the best possible match between the existing purification system, the load to be treated, the available land and compliance with the new discharge standards (tertiary treatment: nitrogen and phosphorus).
The work to be carried out is located on the territory of the Province of Luxembourg, municipality of Libramont-Chevigny.
