The gradual supply of fuels to the petrol station Miejski Zakład Komunalny Sp. z o. o. located in Stalowa Wola at ul. Komunalna 1 and the Department of Mechanical and Biological Municipal Waste Processing in Stalowa Wola located at ul. COP in Stalowa Wola

1) Stacja Paliw Miejskiego Zakład Komunalnej Sp. z o. o. located in Stalowa Wola at ul. Komunalna 1 - hereinafter referred to as Object I;

The station being the property of the Employer made available to companies and individual clients. The station was modernized in 2019.

2) Stacja Paliw Miejskiego Zakład Komunalnej Sp. z o. o. located in Stalowa Wola at ul. COP area of the Mechanical-Biological Municipal Waste Processing Plant in Stalowa Wola - hereinafter referred to as Facility II;

The Employer's plant does not have precise analyzes in terms of fuel consumption for the purposes of equipment maintenance due to periodic work in one or two shifts. The needs were estimated.

Fuel oil intended for heating the fermentation chamber (batch temperature 55 degrees C) will also be delivered to the plant. If biogas desulphurization <200 ppm is obtained at the Plant, the boiler room and cogeneration module will operate on biogas. Then the heating oil will not be burned in the boiler room.

Successive fuel delivery to the following Gas Stations:

1. Stacja Paliw Miejskiego Zakład Komunalnej Sp. z o. o. located in Stalowa Wola at ul. Komunalna 1 - hereinafter referred to as Object I;

Equipment:

4 underground tanks for diesel oil with capacity 9,000 dm3 each + 1 tank 36,000 dm3 including 18,000 dm3 ON and 18,000 m3 PB 95

Quantity and frequency of deliveries:

Every two days, about 15,000 liters of ON and about 7,000 liters of PB95

2. Stacja Paliw Miejskiego Zakład Komunalnej Sp. z o. o. located in Stalowa Wola at ul. COP area of the Mechanical-Biological Municipal Waste Processing Plant in Stalowa Wola - hereinafter referred to as Facility II;

Equipment:

1 aboveground ON tank with capacity 5000 dm3

Quantity and frequency of deliveries:

Approx. Once every 2 weeks a maximum of about 5000 liters, usually about 2500 liters

Light heating oil

3. Location in Stalowa Wola at ul. COP area of the Mechanical-Biological Municipal Waste Processing Plant in Stalowa Wola - hereinafter referred to as Facility II;

Equipment:

5 aboveground tanks in ON container with capacity 2000 dm3

Quantity and frequency of deliveries:

Approx. Once every 6 weeks for a maximum of approx. 5000 liters

4. Minimum volume of planned fuel orders:

Ecological diesel - standard 2,000,000 liters

Ecological diesel - arctic 0 liters

Unleaded Pb 95 gasoline 2,000,000 liters

Light heating oil 1,000 liters

1. Maximum size of planned fuel orders:

Ecological diesel - standard 10,000,000 liters

Ecological diesel - arctic 1,000,000 liters

Pb 95 lead-free gasoline 6,000,000 liters

Light heating oil 20,000 liters

The difference between the maximum volume of planned deliveries and the minimum volume of planned deliveries is options. The Employer reserves the right to exercise the option right (in whole or in part) in the event that it is in the interest of the Employer. The Employer will provide the Contractor with written information about the need to exercise the option right.

The right of options is a unilateral entitlement of the Employer, which may or may not be used as part of the contract. If the Employer fails to exercise the option option, the Contractor shall not be entitled to any claims in this respect.
