The subject of the contract is the provision of services of collection and management of segregated municipal waste (excluding bio-waste) generated on real estate inhabited in the Municipality of Oborniki Śląskie and from the area of the Municipal Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point in Golędzinow (hereinafter referred to as GPSZOK) together with equipping GPSZOK with containers and containers (lease of containers and containers).

The above amounts of waste are based on the reports of entities providing services in the field of waste collection from the Oborniki Śląskie commune in 2021.

The above amounts of waste are based on the reports of entities providing services in the field of waste collection from the Oborniki Śląskie commune in 2021.
At the moment, there is no information on the forecast amount of waste not qualifying as medical waste generated in the household (collection introduced from November 1, 2020).
The subject of the contract includes the collection and management of segregated municipal waste (excluding bio-waste).
3) The Ordering Party shall provide the Contractor with a list of residential properties on which municipal waste is generated together with addresses, no later than 14 days before the commencement of the service. The contractor is obliged to familiarize himself with the list of export points in order to avoid non-performance of the waste disposal service.
4) The Ordering Party informs that the lists in question will be subject to changes in connection with corrections or new declarations of fees submitted by residents.
5) The frequency of waste collection is the same for all towns in the municipality of Oborniki Śląskie (excluding collection from the GPSZOK area in Golędzinów), i.e.:
Collection of segregated waste:
- at least twice a month for plastic waste, metals and multi-material packaging;
- at least once a month for waste from paper and paperboard and glass;
The contracting authority provides for the possibility of changing the frequency of waste collection, e.g. in the case of housing communities. Currently, 90 Housing Communities are registered in the Commune – the vast majority in the city.
6) The implementation of the subject of the contract in 2022 will take place on the basis of the schedule provided by the Ordering Party.
