Property planning services for the project "Living in old age" of the municipality of Fridolfing

The municipality of Fridolfing is planning an offer for "living in old age".

The property is located directly after the church out of town on Rupertistraße. The project is to be implemented in two construction phases. The construction phases will be realized separately from each other.

The building forms are to be based on the local construction method of the longhouses with gable roofs. The building construction is to be planned as a solid construction.

The AG has set itself the goal of being able to build and manage the new building to be planned and built as sustainably as possible. An energy standard of at least KfW 40+ or KfW 55 is planned.

In addition, compliance with the target price specification in accordance with section 1.6 of the draft contract (tender document E - E.1.) is decisive.

Further information on the project can be found in the feasibility study (tender document E - E.2.) and in the attached explanatory text on the project (tender document E - E.3.). It should be noted that the feasibility study refers to the implementation of the project in timber construction. The project is now to be implemented in solid construction. The target price specification of the contract must be observed as a matter of priority.

Property planning services (buildings and interiors) are procured in accordance with §§ 34 para. 4, 35 para. 7 HOAI, service phases 1-9.

Decisive for the calculation of the offer and the service to be provided is the service description described in the contract. However, insofar as the contract refers to the HOAI, the scope of services described in the HOAI is not exhaustive. The complete performance profile on which the tendered service is based results solely from the contract documents and annexes (tender document E - E.1. to E.5.)

The services are graded or graded. Stage 1 (work phases 1 and 2) for construction phase 1 in accordance with the attached architect's contract (tender document E - E.1.)

The client reserves the right to transfer further service phases, service stages and/or construction phases – in whole or in part. There is no legal entitlement to the transfer of these services.
