The municipality of Brakel wishes to carry out the following works:

o Participation in the costs of reconstruction of the RWA strict (by key), partly sub-subsidy scheme of Module 13 and partly under the VMM grant scheme.

o Participation in the cost of building the buffer basins under the VMM grant scheme

o Construction of bicycle paths, dirt roadways, bus stops, hedge structure, breakdown of existing public transport, swirling and final signage, under the subsidy scheme Module 13

o Construction of footpaths, driveways and surrounding construction

The Flemish Region OVL wishes to carry out the following works:

o The reconstruction of the N48 region between the Rondplein in Brakel and the border with Vloesberg (between 0 and 4.7), including the construction of a roundabout.

o Participation in the cost of reconstruction of the RWA strict (according to distribution key)

Aquafin wishes to perform the following works:

o The construction of the DWA collector in Aquafin project 20.470, as well as the construction of a service wage along the N48 in local pact

o Road road in the Kimpestraat as well as the breakup and restoration of the hardening and line-shaped elements at the house connections of Aquafin.

Farys wishes to perform the following works:

o The creation of a separate system under the subsidy scheme of the VMM, the DWA is partly also at the expense of Aquafin, the RWA is partly also at the expense of Brakel and AWV.

o The construction of the necessary buffer basins under the VMM subsidy scheme, partly also at the expense of Brakel

The contract mainly comprises:

— Breaking up sewers, road pavement, bicycle and footpath pavement, foundations, line-shaped elements and local elements,

— Construction of grès-tubes, unarmed and reinforced concrete pipes, as well as the supply and installation of pre-fabricated reinforced concrete tubes

— Supply and installation of pumping stations, flooding and other prefab constructions,

— Pressure piping in HDPE,

— Construction of buffer basins, longitudinal canals and installation of head walls and outflow structures,

— KWS paves on crushed stone foundation and underfoundation,

— Building cycle paths, rattle strip and bus stops in cement concrete pavement on a crushed stone foundation,

— Construction of a roundabout in an asphalt pavement and figured cement concrete pavement on a crushed stone foundation

— Creation of soft roadways between roadway and cycle path,

— Laying footpaths, bus platforms and parking strips in concrete pavers,

— Supply and installation of curbstones, ribbons and edge strips on a foundation,

— (re) place demarcation and perform markings,

— Perform plantings and related facilities,

- maintenance of the works during the guarantee period.
