New construction of the vocational school centre in Constance - heating, cooling, gas systems Building ZG

Service description heating, cooling, gas systems includes the following services:

Heat, cooling plant, consisting of:

- Ice energy storage as a concrete structure with interior fittings, water capacity 1400 m³ will be put out to tender in a separate tender

- 37 solar air absorbers 3-layer for roof installation

- 3 recooling plants

- 3 heat pumps, each with approx. 200 kW heating and cooling capacity

- 2 peak-load gas boilers, each with a heating capacity of 300 KW

- Control of heating / cooling

- Piping of the technical center and main components approx. 850 m

- Primary network distribution heating and cooling for connection of the 4 buildings

Sub-distribution of the central building (ZG) with heating and cooling transfer station and sub-distribution for the building, heating capacity approx. 500 kW, cooling capacity approx. 500 kW:

- Metal ceiling sail for room heating: approx. 1,100 m²

- Underfloor heating approx. 1,700 m²

- Plasterboard heating / cooling ceiling: approx. 340 m² Pipeline in black pipe and stainless steel pipe incl. insulation: approx. 3500 m
