Comparative planning concepts up to performance phase 2 in the service profiles Object Planning Transport Facilities and Civil Engineering as well as Structural Design to replace the connection over the old bridge over the marshalling yard (BW1.114) in Nuremberg, which is at risk of stress cracking. In addition, consulting services in connection with the neighboring EÜ-Mausloch.
The AG is to be enabled to determine the most suitable procurement variant for the replacement of Katzwangerstraße via the marshalling yard (SÜ), including adaptation of the traffic facilities in the area.
Different planning concepts have to be compared comparatively. Planning concepts must be examined according to different requirements. In addition, the AG is to be advised on the preliminary drafts, drafts and fictitious plans of the EÜ Mausloch (DB).
There are both benefits from the
• Object planning of traffic routes
• as well as the object planning of civil engineering structures
• as well as from structural design
to different requirements, types, variants. They are hereinafter also referred to as "ENB marshalling yard".
Planning concepts to be investigated (of different requirements):
------------------- SÜ: Planning concept for the replacement of a new bridge / demolition of BW 1.114 and transfer of Katzwanger Straße as SÜ over the marshalling yard
------------------- EÜ: Planning concept Replacement of an underpass/ tunnel / demolition of BW 1.114 and underpass of Katzwanger Straße as EÜ under the marshalling yard
------------------- EÜ+SÜ: Planning concept Replacement of new underpass / tunnel and bridge / demolition of BW 1.114 and underpass of traffic (e.g. + MIV or other useful bundles) of Katzwanger Straße as well as underpass and overpass of traffic (e.g. pedestrian cycle path and operating path or other useful bundles) as EÜ + SÜ via the marshalling yard.
The required service is described by the basic services of the service phases 1 and 2 according to HOAI and other special services. Construction technology and construction phase planning are of particular importance in this project. The construction phases of demolition and replacement new construction must be clarified/agreed in advance with the operator of the marshalling yard (DB AG).
The Client is to be advised on planning agreements / crossing agreements.
For the tram track, the track and catenary systems (incl. masts or other fastening elements) as well as the systems for the power supply of the tram and the communication systems at the appropriate depth must be planned, taking into account the BOStrab its regulations (and the VDV writings, etc.), and the specifications of the (e.g. routing and lane guidance manual taking into account the tram fleet).
Planning services for the EÜ "Mausloch" are not part of the service advertised here. However, the transfer of specifications according to the above-mentioned planning concepts and the control of their correct adoption. The Client must also be advised on DB's planning within the framework of special services.
The results of the performance phase 2 of the different planning concepts are to be compared comparatively.
Performance phase 2 must be submitted to the City Council for a successful decision in the Committee on Transport. DB's approval must be obtained in the course of a planning agreement.
