The Central Purchasing Office of the State of Rhineland-Palatinate (ZBL) is inviting tenders for a framework agreement with an economic operator (the later contractor) on the state-wide procurement of hygiene and cleaning articles for the State of Rhineland-Palatinate.

Delivery of various washroom hygiene articles such as hygiene papers, disinfectants and soaps with associated dispensers

Delivery of garbage bags and sacks

Supply of various cleaning aids such as brooms, brushes, wipers, cloths and sponges

Delivery of first aid items

At the request of the user, a free, needs-based consultation is to be carried out with regard to the products to be offered. This is primarily about the correct selection of products, the ingredients, the application / dosage and the handling of possible hazardous substances.
