The subject of the tender is the leasing of company vehicles (different drive types) as part of a rental or leasing contract for the business area of the Bavarian State Ministry of Justice (all of Bavaria).

The rental or leasing contract includes 25 vehicles with conventional drives and 41 vehicles with innovative drives.

Lot 1 comprises 8 medium-class vehicles and 1 compact-class vehicle with a petrol engine.

Lot 2 comprises 15 mid-range vehicles and 1 compact-class vehicle with a diesel engine.

Lot 3 comprises 25 vehicles (compact van or upper compact class) with hybrid drive (plug-in).

Lot 4 comprises 16 vehicles (small cars) with purely electric drives.
