There is a requirement for 24/ 365 deployment therefore reliability and accessibility of a reputable fuel card provider is critical to the effective operation of our business.
Phoenix require a provider of vehicle fuel cards that can facilitate the provision of:
1) Diesel fuel;
2) Unleaded petrol;
3) Adblue;
4) Vehicle wash; and
5) Lubricants requirements on a credit basis through a wide number of reputable Filling Stations. Due to the criticality of such a service to our business, the quality of product provided requires to be assured.

Any organisation that wishes to be considered as a potential provider must first complete and upload the associated Pre-qualification Questionnaire by no later than 12:00 noon on Friday 16.8.2019. Only those organisations which satisfactorily complete the PQQ stage of the process may be invited to proceed to the tender/negotiation stage of the award process.
Any subsequent contract awarded shall initially be for a 12-month period albeit an annual rollover facility may extend this period up to a maximum of 8 years.
