Public European tender Tackling Energy Poverty from the SPUK funds received from the government.

The assignment consists of providing energy advice, offering and implementing energy-saving measures and directly carrying out small jobs (such as applying a draft strip) and coaching on energy-saving behavior to, according to current estimates, approximately 3000 households (Brielle 407 households, Hellevoetsluis 1900 households and Westvoorne 313 households) where there is (possibly) energy poverty. Realization of the Assignment takes place, in accordance with the SPUK payment from the government and must be realized before December 31, 2023. The starting point here is that the municipalities can serve as many households as possible with this benefit within the term. The total potential target group is estimated at 3,500 households. The expected turnover is approximately € 879,000 (with full use of the scheme). The final settlement takes place on the basis of actual services and products purchased by the target group.
