open procedure, pursuant to art. 3 paragraph 1 letter sss) and art. 60 legislative decree 50/2016, for the award of the contract, falling within the scope of the ordinary sectors, concerning the sampling and analytical control service of the atmospheric emissions of the plants subject to authorization present at the company sites of ATAC S.p.A., pursuant to Legislative Decree 152/2006 and subsequent amendments, for a period of three years from the date of the Report of delivery of the activities.

The details and specifications of the individual services are indicated in the special specifications.

The contract may have a shorter duration if there are higher binding provisions for ATAC S.p.A., resulting from the loss of the total or partial assignment of the local public transport service (TPL) by the Institutional Bodies to ATAC itself, which make it impossible to continue in the terms and in the manner provided for in the contract itself, considered in its entirety.

The maximum total amount of € 240,005.24 is as follows:

A) Amount of the service subject to reduction 199,200.00 (Service A: € 181,200.00 – Service B: € 18,000.00);

B) amount of security charges not subject to reduction: € 805.24;

C) Option to extend +/- 20% € 40,000.00.

The details of the amounts are indicated in art. 2 of the Special Specifications.

Pursuant to paragraph 16 of Article 23 of Legislative Decree 50/2016, the following labor costs have been identified: € 34,688.00.
