The city of Ronnenberg is planning to revitalize the historic center of the Ronnenberg district as part of a formally defined redevelopment area. The funding is to be provided by the federal government, the state of Lower Saxony and the city of Ronnenberg in equal parts using funding from the "Living Centres" funding measure. The refurbishment project was divided into four sub-areas to be developed ("focus areas"). In a first step, focus areas 1 and 3 are to be developed and coordinated by an external planning office in cooperation with the city of Ronnenberg, and the individual construction measures are to be tendered and accompanied. The other focus areas 2 and 4 are not the subject of this award procedure.

The scope of services includes the basic services of object planning for outdoor facilities in accordance with §§ 39 ff. HOAI 2021, for traffic facilities for road construction measures (§§ 47 ff. HOAI 2021) and technical equipment for street lighting (§§ 53 ff. HOAI 2021). Depending on the necessity, special and additional services can be commissioned during the execution of the order.
