The subject of the contract shall be the service of receipt by the Contractor of combustible waste (alternative fuel) code 19 12 10, i.e. the energy fraction sorted positively from municipal and other industrial waste, in the amount of 3,000 Mg for the purpose of their development, i.e. subjecting them to recovery processes, in accordance with decisions held by the Contractor

The subject of the contract is the service of reception by the Contractor of combustible waste (alternative fuel) with the code 191210, i.e.the energy fraction sorted positively from municipal and other industrial waste, in the amount of 3000Mg for the purpose of their development, i.e.subjecting them to recovery processes, according to by decisions held by the Contractor.1) The type of waste.Combustible waste is waste sorted positively by the optopneumatic device from residues after sorting of mixed municipal waste and selectively collected fractions i.e. plastics and paper, devoid of ፦fractions subsieve up to mm constituting an input for biological processing of waste - secondary raw materials (metals, PET, glass, multilayer packaging, carton) constituting a commercial fraction shredded to a size of approx. 35-40mm.2) Method of execution of the order: a) Combustible waste will be prepared by The Ordering Party in loose form and stored in a covered storage of alternative fuel.b) Reception of combustible waste will take place from the site of the Waste Management Department in Zakurzewo near Grudziąda.c) Reception of waste will be carried out by vehicles at the disposal of the Contractor, at his expense, also in terms of costs of carriage, insurance for the duration of transport and unloading; in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 14December2012r.on waste (t.j.Journal of Laws Z2021r.poz.797ze d.) , the Act of 20June1997. Road traffic law (t.j.Dz.U.z2021rpoz.450ze d.) and the Act of 6September2001r.on road transport (t.j.Dz.U.z 2021r.poz.919ze d) .d) Loading of waste on vehicles substituted by the Contractor will be carried out by the Ordering Party using a wheel loader VOLVO 110G or VOLVO 110H, in designated place for this purpose in the Waste Management Department in Zakurzewo near Grudziąda.e) The Contractor will carry out the collection of waste on a regular basis, continuously, on all working days, i.e.Monday to Friday, excluding holidays, from 7:00 to 14:00 .f) Contractor during time the execution of the contract is obliged to comply with the rules of traffic organisation in force in the Waste Management Department and to apply the recommendations of the Contracting Authority personnel to carry out the loading of waste. g) The maximum daily quantity of waste provided for receipt by the Contractor is 70Mg.h) The Contracting Authority stipulates that the quantity of waste referred to above is the estimated quantity and may therefore be reduced, subject to the fact that the Contracting Authority guarantees the transfer for collection and development of at least 70% of the total quantity of combustible waste referred to above.With the title of failure by the Contractor to fulfill the estimated quantity in full, subject to the guaranteed quantity, the Contractors will not be entitled to any claims. (i) The waste received by the Contractor will be weighed on the car weight located on the territory of the Waste Management Department in Zakurzewo. In order to determine the weight of the waste received, the Contractor's vehicle must also be weighed before entering the site indicated above. j) Upon transfer of the waste by the Contractor to the Contractor, the Contractor assumes responsibility for the waste seized, for due handling and the effects thereof resulting. k) The Contractor shall be solely liable for any damage, as well as for loss, loss and damage of waste, in particular for changing their parameters due to access moisture during transport and during the unloading of waste, unless it was created solely for reasons wrapped by the Contracting Authority. In particular, the Contractor bears responsibility for the actions, omissions of its personnel and carriers. 3) The Contracting Authority informs that during the period from the date of publication of the order notice to the date of the opening of the tenders there is a possibility to make a local vision, after prior telephone arrangement with the Ordering Party. The Ordering Party does not require the submission of an offer after completing the local vision.
