Markt Bad Endorf - New construction of a school centre on Hans-Kögl-Str. for primary and secondary school as well as nursery in Bad Endorf - project planning services for buildings according to §§ 34 et seq. HOAI, service phases 6-9.

As part of the measure, the construction of a school centre for primary and middle school with a nursery will be realized on the property of the existing middle school in Hans-Kögl-Str. 2 (parcel no. 388).

The constructional implementation is to take place in several construction phases (planned 3).

1. new middle school,

2. demolition inventory,

3. New primary school + nursery.

The previous school location is spread over 3 locations: middle school at Hans-Kögl-Str. 2, primary school at Schulstr. 2, and primary school in the Antwort district.

Preliminary planning is currently being finalized for the realization of the new construction project, and this planning status serves as a template for further planning.

The planned new building is divided into 2 parts of the building.

— The first part of the building includes middle school and distributes the classrooms and departments as well as administrative areas over 4 floors.

— In addition to primary school rooms, the middle, three-storey part of the building also houses a library, music room, multipurpose room, specialist rooms and lunch care. The auditorium is located directly at the main entrance, which can be combined with a multi-purpose room to form an event area. The canteen kitchen and dining area are arranged as a link between primary school and nursery.

— The hoard's two-storey structure is connected to primary school through the dining room, as if by a direct connection on the 1st floor.

Since funding is requested for the measures, the planning must take into account the requirements of the FAZR.

The current planning is based on new BGF: approx. 10,500 m 2.

For the realization of the new construction project, object planning for buildings up to and including LPH 5 as well as specialist planners have been tendered and already commissioned by means of a VGV process.
