RESOLUTION 802E/2023, of September 29, of the General Director of Telecommunications and Digitalization, which approves the file of contracting VMWare virtualization licenses for the years 2024-2026, by open procedure higher than the European threshold.

The purpose is the contracting of VMWare virtualization licenses, for the years 2024-2026 in subscription format.

Until 2023, the contracting unit for VMware virtualization licenses was the CPUs of physical servers. As of 2023, VMware changes the way of contracting licenses to cores, so the Government of Navarra has gathered all the licenses it had as a result of different acquisitions and has grouped them by applying a conversion factor of 24 cores per CPU. The Technical Annex details the needs of the Government of Navarre that represent the object of contracting this specification.
