Delivery of 5 wheel loaders on a rental basis including full service package.

1. Scope of delivery: delivery (delivery / removal), commissioning u. Instruction of the client as well as full service during the entire term; Installation of a separate telematics system by the AG, data diagnostic tap via Can-Bus;

2. Operating conditions: operating time 24/7 (shift operation - high availability required)

- Operation even in halls with a dusty environment and fire hazard;

- Increased corrosion due to use with salt and scrap loading (sea climate suitability);

- Temperature range from -30 O C to 40 O C Handling goods: bark, fertilizers, cereals, wood chips, wood pellets, HBI, salt, sand, scrap, chippings, steel pellets, peat, sugar beets.

4. Commissioning / trial operation: Transport to / from, including disassembly / assembly, is carried out by the contractor.

Commissioning and a 1-month trial run including instruction by the client, including any necessary adjustments, is also carried out by the contractor and is part of the rental agreement; 50 Documentation: For commissioning, the contractor must hand over all information for the devices mentioned, including their facilities, to the client digitally on CD.

Specifically, these are the following documents:

- declaration of conformity; Maintenance / repair instructions including spare parts / parts lists and circuit diagrams;

- Operating instructions (additionally twice in paper form);

- Overview of all wear parts to be changed within the rental period, including their change intervals.

6. Basis of contract: Start of rental: 1.6.2021; Rental period: 48:

- Months - If possible with optional termination option for individual devices for the first time after 36 months;

—Operating hours: 2000 operating hours per year and per device;

—Insurance: The AG takes out comprehensive insurance based on the applicable ABMG.

The devices are included in the liability insurance of the AG. In addition, the AG takes out a comprehensive machinery insurance;

7. Full service content: As part of the full service, the contractor must provide the following services:

Labor and travel costs, freight costs, disposal of consumables and consumer goods, provision of lubricants and operating materials, maintenance, inspection and testing including material and cleaning as well as timely notification to the client (at least 50 hours before the due date), preventive repair including material and cleaning, monitoring of the state of wear of parts in contact with the floor, including the display of necessary change intervals to the AG (the replacement takes place after a separate order by the AG), on-call service, reaction time of max. 4 hours, processing of guarantee services, keeping work certificates or service reports.

8. Other: Contract. The basis is the rental agreement including the annex, which will be made available to you if you participate successfully in the offer request.
