The district of Regensburg intends to expand the existing Lappersdorf grammar school. A theoretical space program (approx. 1,250 m²) is available for this purpose.
The new building to be planned is intended to ensure the space required for the increasing number of pupils. The new building will be located following the new building completed 3 years ago.
Parallel to the VgV procedure, the preliminary planning is currently being prepared on the basis of the theoretical spatial program. This then becomes the basis of the bidder's services.
The planning services for object planning work phases 3 to 9 and SiGeKO will be awarded in stages.

Construction task :
The preliminary design for the extension, which is currently being processed, will then form the basis for further building planning.
If necessary, the extension is to be carried out in timber construction.
The aim is to provide KFW funding, including the associated sustainability requirements.
The extension is intended to convey a bright, pleasant and inviting impression and to maintain a direct connection to the "old" grammar school.
Accessibility and the idea of inclusion must be given a special place in the context of the entire planning and construction task.
The costs of KG 300 amount to approx. EUR 5.9 million, the costs of KG 400 amount to approx. EUR 3.1 million. This results in provisionally chargeable costs of approx. EUR 6,880,000.
Planning:
In the planning trades of object planning, phases 1+2 are currently being provided in parallel with the award procedure. These planning results must be built upon. There are currently no results available.
The bidder has to provide the services of project planning of service phases 3 to 9 in stages.
The bidder must also provide the SiGeKO services.
Energy standard, energy concept, building materials:
The expansion is to be implemented at least in accordance with the KfW 40 standard. The energy concept to be developed should aim at CO² neutrality and a good energy balance as far as possible. Sustainability requirements must also be met.
The use of sustainable, pollutant-free building materials and components is expected.
Wood as a building material should be given special consideration in planning and construction.
The roof must be suitable for a PV system. Particular attention must be paid to the issue of drainage and infiltration.
Implementation of the construction project:
It is intended to submit applications for funding to the funding agencies by 10.2024. The development of phases 1+2 (not to be provided by the bidder) is to be completed by the end of IV 2023, after which the bidder is to continue planning.
Events:
After handing over the LPh. 1-2 object planning (presumably IV/2023), which is not to be provided by the bidder, the bidder must provide the remaining service phases in stages:
Level 1: LPh. 3 and 4

Level 3: LPh. 8 and 9.
