Special foundation engineering, earthworks and dewatering works

The subject matter of the contract is the work for excavation pit protection, excavation and disposal work, water drainage work and special foundation engineering work (buoyancy protection with micropiles) for the above-mentioned construction project. As an overview of the following works and quantities:

- store approx. 1,800 m3 topsoil laterally

- store approx. 1,600 m3 of soil laterally

- approx. 2,100 tons of contaminated excavated material are stored in debris. Disposal

- approx. 4,500 m3 uncontaminated excavated soil classes 3 - 4, disposal

- install approx. 2,160 m2 sheet piling with a length of up to approx. 13.0 m, keep it for 250 days and dismantle it

- approx. 45 m foundation piles diameter 610 mm for crane foundation

- manufacture of 19 micropiles with a diameter of 250 mm perpendicular, including head construction, Pile length approx. 10.50 m each; total length approx. 200 m

- Implementation of 2 pile test loads on test piles as a tensile test

-Preparation of an implementation plan for water drainage and its execution as residual water drainage with approx. 9 wells with operating time of approx. 250 days on the basis of the documents provided by the client and WH concept
