The subject of the contract is the supply of medicines for the Independent Public Health Care Complex in Turek. The subject of the order was divided into 14 packages. The subject of the contract, together with the quantities and assortment, has been specified in detail in Appendix No. 2 to the terms of reference, i.e. in the assortment and price lists.
