Keeping roads (roadways) clean and passable in winter:
- 93 road carriageways and order of winter maintenance (including bus loops and connectors),
- 79 roadways of the second order of winter maintenance,
- 151 roadways of the third order of winter maintenance,
- 118 roadways of the 4th order of winter maintenance.

Responsibilities of the Contractor:
1) keeping the road clean and passable in winter:
a) purchase of funds necessary for conducting winter road maintenance - a generic range of these agents (sand, road salt, calcium chloride and others) and their amounts should ensure effective maintenance of this maintenance in all possible winter conditions,
b) storage and warehousing of the measures referred to in point a) in a manner appropriate for their type, taking into account the impact of the conditions of this storage on the structure and composition of these measures, and thus on their value in use in winter maintenance (observing all technical storage standards and complying with all environmental protection rules and standards),
c) preparing mixtures of agents referred to in point a) and brine and their loading on equipment intended for spreading or transporting,
d) conducting continuous weather monitoring (permanent meteorological observations), allowing to predict winter phenomena and take effective preventive measures,
e) maintaining permanent round the clock personal technical supervision (dispatching position - telephone, mobile phone, internet connection and computer - e-mail) and operating equipment guaranteeing immediate, efficient and effective operation of the Contractor,
f) maintaining constant, round-the-clock, full technical and operational readiness of specialist and auxiliary equipment necessary to perform the works covered by winter maintenance guaranteeing its immediate, efficient and effective use,
g) continuous monitoring of vehicles using a satellite vehicle monitoring system and providing monitoring data to the Employer,
h) clearing snow from the road and controlling slippery conditions on them using hardening and chemical agents - according to the order and rules set out in route lists developed by the Contractor and accepted by the Employer until the date of signing the contract,
i) clearing snow and controlling slipperiness using roughing agents and chemicals at marked pedestrian crossings - in accordance with the list of pedestrian crossings drawn up by the Employer. In the event that due to the change in traffic organization, the location of pedestrian crossings is changed, pedestrian crossings are liquidated, new pedestrian crossings are established, the Contractor will be obliged to maintain pedestrian crossings in accordance with the list provided in writing by the Employer,
j) exporting excess snow and decommissioning of ice cartridges,
k) full supervision of the Contractor's management over the snow removal and anti-slippery action carried out by their own working teams as well as submitting and making available to the Ordering Party information on its actual course (report once a day),
l) during snowless and icing-free periods at the request and with the consent of the Employer removing by the Contractor the excess sand remaining at the edge of the road,
2) post-winter cleaning of the road maintenance category I and II.
