MHH - Provision of maintenance services on electrotechnical systems of the Technical Facility Management (TGM)

The client, the Hannover Medical School, intends to award services for the maintenance of electrotechnical systems. This applies to the systems of cost group KG 440 (high-voltage systems), in detail sub-distributions with the exception of low-voltage main distribution systems (LVS) and building main distribution systems (GHV).

The planned viewing appointments will take place in the period 25.07.-27.07.2023.

Maintenance Sub-distribution with maintenance cycle 2 x 1 year

There are very high availability requirements for the buildings and areas of the Hannover Medical School. Furthermore, great importance is attached to the visual, positive overall impression. The on-site services are to be provided by qualified personnel of the service provider. An important part of the maintenance services to be provided are also the maintenance of the documentation, continuation of the as-built documentation and the execution of the reporting.

The users of the property and its core business have the highest priority, so a very high overall availability of the buildings and infrastructure must be ensured. Work that leads to malfunctions should be avoided, unless it is an accident.

The aim of this award procedure is to conclude a maintenance contract for the electrotechnical systems of the Technical Facility Management at the Hannover Medical School.

The following lots shall be awarded:

Lot 1 - Sub-distribution with maintenance cycle 2 x 1 year (operating theatre and intensive care areas)

Lot 2 - Sub-distribution with maintenance cycle 1 x 1 year (Clinical Areas 1)

Lot 3 - Sub-distribution with maintenance cycle 1 x 2 years (Clinical Areas 2)

Lot 4 - Sub-distribution with maintenance cycle 1 x 4 years (institutes, offices and "living areas")

Lot 5 - Emergency lighting test (1 x monthly)

A bidder can submit a bid for several lots. The contract is awarded per lot.

In buildings/parts of buildings with newly constructed systems or in the case of conversion work in existing buildings, maintenance services are provided for a period of 4 years after acceptance of the system by the manufacturer/installer of the electrotechnical system. Only after the expiry of this period and the expiry of the warranties are the maintenance services for such systems included in the contract.

The necessary conditions and technical specifications can be found in the tender documents.
