The city of Bochum is planning the new construction of a primary school at Feldsieper Str. 94 in Bochum. Extensive shell construction work as well as foundation and pipe trenches are required for the realization. It is a 3-storey building with reinforced concrete construction. On the inside there are mostly exposed concrete surfaces. On the outside, the façade is insulated and linked or is given a metal façade.
