The BLB NRW intends to build the charging infrastructure (LIS) for electric vehicles of third parties, i.e. of employees and citizens (third-party LIS, hereinafter referred to as "charging infrastructure") in the area of its properties.
For the third-party LIS, BLB NRW is looking for a partner who will provide all associated structural, technical and administrative services as a so-called Full Service Provider (FSP).

BLB NRW is looking for a partner exclusively for the third-party LIS who will provide all associated structural, technical and administrative services as a so-called Full Service Provider (FSP). In principle, the Contractor shall set up and operate the charging infrastructure on its own account. The scope of this tender includes 22 properties in the entire area of NRW with a total of approx. 135 charging points.
In order to promote electromobility on its properties, the Client is prepared to grant the Contractor a free right of use to the area required for the charging infrastructure for the duration of this contract and to partially finance the construction of the charging infrastructure.
The contractor must provide the following services for the construction and operation of the charging infrastructure: planning, structural construction and electrotechnical connection, delivery installation of the hardware, initial inspection and commissioning, maintenance and servicing, operation of the systems (in particular technical and commercial) delivery of electricity to the charging facilities.
The contract begins with the award of the contract and ends eight years after commissioning of the first charging station.
