The subject of the order is divided into two parts:

Part 1 : Implementation Execution of delivery and installation of lighting in accordance with the attached design documentation, bill of quantities and SWZ:

"Modernization of lighting in the Resko Commune – in accordance with the design and graphic attachment.

Part 2: The service of investor's supervision over the task "Modernization of lighting in the Resko Commune".

Part 1 : Delivery and installation of lighting in accordance with the attached design documentation, bill of quantities and SWZ:

1) The scope of the contract in particular:

a) construction of lighting in Krosino, - in accordance with the draft and annex,

b) construction of lighting in Łabuń Wielki, - in accordance with the project and annex,

c) construction of lighting in the village of Łosośnica, - in accordance with the project and annex,

d) construction of lighting in Łagiewniki, - in accordance with the project and annex,

e) construction of lighting in Starogard, - in accordance with the project and annex,

f) construction of lighting in Przemysław, - in accordance with the project and annex,

g) construction of lighting in Resko, Buczka Street, - in accordance with the project and attachment,

h) construction of lighting in Resko, Środkowa/Długa street, - in accordance with the Annex,

i) construction of lighting in the town of Resko, Nadrzeczna Street, - in accordance with the Annex,

j) construction of lighting in the village of Resko, Wąska Street, - in accordance with the Annex,

k) construction of lighting in the town of Resko, Kościuszki Street, - in accordance with the Annex,

l) construction of lighting in Resko, Krakowska Street, - in accordance with the Annex,

m) construction of lighting in Resko, Poznańska Street, - in accordance with the Annex,

n) construction of lighting in Resko, Gdańska Street, - in accordance with the project and annex,

o) construction of lighting in Resko, Kilińskiego Street, - in accordance with the project and attachment,

p) construction of lighting in Resko, ul. Kielecka, - in accordance with the Annex,

q) construction of lighting in the town of Resko, ul. Śląska, - in accordance with the Annex,

r) construction of lighting in the town of Resko, Kopernika Street, - in accordance with the Annex,

s) construction of lighting in the village of Resko, Polna Street, - in accordance with the Annex,

t) construction of lighting in the village of Resko, Młyńska Street, - in accordance with the Annex,

u) modernization of lighting in Resko, ul. Polskiego/Szczecińska, - in accordance with the Annex,

v) modernization of lighting in Resko, ul. Polish hearts. Fences, - in accordance with the Annex,

w) modernization of lighting in the town of Resko, ul. Prusa, - in accordance with the Annex,

x) modernization of lighting in Smólsko, - in accordance with the Annex,

y) modernization of lighting in the village of Potuliny, - in accordance with the Annex,

z) modernization of lighting in Lubień Górny, - in accordance with the Annex,

aa) modernization of lighting in Resko-Prusim, - in accordance with the Annex,

bb) modernization of lighting in Łosośnica, - in accordance with the Annex,

2) Delivery and assembly of 2 pcs. information boards with dimensions of 1.20 m high, 1.80 m wide, mounted on a galvanized steel structure and powder coated in RAL 7021 colors. The colors as well as logos and content placed on the board must be made in accordance with the Government Fund Polish Governance: Strategic Investment Program, link: bgk.pl/polskilad in the Promotional Materials for Local Units tab,

3) The poles, booms and luminaires shown in the appendices for individual streets and towns should be valued.

4) All devices from dismantling should be handed over to the Ordering Party,

5) Development, agreement and implementation of temporary traffic organization,

6) Execution of temporary traffic organization in the case of the required

7) carrying out the required tests and checks confirming the proper performance of the subject of the contract,

8) Development and implementation of a quality assurance program

A detailed description of the subject of the order shall be provided with SWZ with attachments

Part 2: The service of investor's supervision over the task "Modernization of lighting in the Resko Commune".

The scope of the contract includes in particular:

a) performance of the service in accordance with the art of construction and industry regulations, in particular the Act of 7 July 1994 Construction Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021, item 2351, as amended),

b) visiting the construction site at least once a week and at every request of the construction manager or investor and signaling the dates of visits by reporting them orally to a designated person at the headquarters of the Contracting Entity,

c) verification of formal and legal documentation of construction,

d) control over the technology and quality of materials,

(e) verification of design documentation.

The investor's supervisor should have unlimited rights in the field of electrical networks and installations without restrictions.
