Region Sörmland hereby invites tenderers to submit tenders in the procurement of an External Ultrasound Module System for maternity care in Region Sörmland.

Region Sörmland will introduce Cambio Cosmic and in connection with this, replace Obstetrix, which is used in pregnancy and childbirth care. To be able to replace this IT support, an ultrasound module is required that can handle the measurements and calculations that are performed in maternity care.

The new healthcare information support Cosmic is planned to be launched in the region in Q4 2024. The idea is that the specialist system to be procured will be put into production at the same time as Cosmic is deployed, as these will have dependencies on each other and the workflows and working methods that the operations will work with in healthcare.
