Teese Botnia Oy Ab is preparing a competitive framework arrangement for renting the office's multifunction equipment as a total service and related maintenance and maintenance services to meet the needs of the City of Vaasa, Teese Botnia and other customers.

The objective is to form a framework arrangement for contracted procurement with one of the tenderers that submitted the overall economically advantageous offer for the indefinite contractual period beginning on 31 January 2022 (target), where subscribers place orders directly from the selected from the editor.

The procurement includes office multifunction units delivered as a total service and other installation, maintenance and maintenance services. Multifunction function must include at least printing, scanning and copying. Total service means that the service comprises need mapping at customer sites (covering the entire output environment of the unit where appropriate), deliveries and installations of necessary equipment (connecting to the network in cooperation with the customer's ict service provider with), operating training and operating support, equipment maintenance and maintenance services, and customer-specific monitoring service. The equipment/equipment corresponding to the need for a customer unit is provided for use by units against service charges per device, that is, at no time does the equipment go into customers' ownership. In turn, the cost of maintenance and maintenance of the equipment is intended to be covered by charges based on the realized operating volume of the equipment.

The package of services to be competitive and the description of services are specified in the tender documents.

On the basis of competition, one (1) supplier is selected with which a framework agreement will be entered into for the indefinite contract period starting on 31 January 2022 (target), where subscribers place orders directly from the selected supplier.
