Nordland County hereby invites interested suppliers to participate in a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the delivery of multifunction printers (MFP) to the County.

The system shall include multifunction printers. I.e. units that print, scan and copy the documents. All County activities shall have the right to make call-offs against the system. The call-offs will mainly come from sixth form colleges and administrative units. See the attached overview of relevant activities with number of machines and estimated copies.

For each machine it shall be possible to enter into a service agreement adapted to the machine's use and criticality in the unit.

When machines are to be procured all registered suppliers will recive an invitation to deliver. The machines shall be delivered ready installed on the County's network and at the location stated in the invitation to tender.

The County uses the Papercut platform as secure printing The offered machines must be compatible with this platform
