The building consists mainly of wood (cross-laminated timber, in some areas in visible quality) and in the further of concrete, also in some areas in visible quality. Due to the slope situation, the building has a partial basement.
The foundation of the non-basement hall is stepped from the basement level. The basement serves school purposes (lessons, after-school care) and also consists of exposed concrete walls and interior walls in cross-laminated timber construction. The marked areas of the wooden structure as well as areas of the concrete walls as well as the staircase are already finished ready for the surface at the beginning of the screed work (without further processing) and must therefore be manufactured with appropriate care and permanently protected during the construction period. Especially when gluing the vapor barrier, but also during the subsequent screed work, care must therefore be taken with the greatest care on the visible surfaces. Characteristics: Screed area approx. 790 m²
