The project is for the provision of 56 social housing units for families and singles. The contract will be for approximately 20 months from date of award. It is expected that ALL units built under this contract will achieve ‘Secured By Design’, Lifetime Homes.

The scope of the 13 Comber Road project is the delivery of 56 social housing units; the scale of the Comber Road project is approximately 4 900 000 GBP and the complexity of the Comber Road project includes the requirement to construct 56 houses and apartments with engineering services, external and site development works which achieve Secured by Design and Lifetime Homes standards; landscaping.
