The subject of the contract is the performance of a service consisting in the collection and management of municipal waste from the area of the City of Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki collected by the owners of real estate on which residents live and from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods and reducing the weight of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to Storage

1. The subject of the contract is the performance of a service consisting in the collection and management of municipal waste from the area of the City of Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki collected by the owners of real estate on which residents live and from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods and reducing the weight of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to storage, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 888), the provisions of the Act of 19 July 2019 amending the Act on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities and some other acts (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1579), the provisions of the applicable Provincial Waste Management Plan for the Mazowieckie Voivodeship, The Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 11 January 2013 on detailed requirements for collecting municipal waste from property owners (Journal of Laws of 2013, item 122), the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 10 May 2021 on the method of selective collection of selected fractions of waste (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 906), and the provisions of local law. 2. It is specified that any collected amount of mixed municipal waste and selectively collected waste (paper, plastics, glass, metal, bio-green) resulting from declarations on the amount of fees for municipal waste management submitted by the owner of the property, with the exception of renovation, construction and demolition waste resulting from repairs carried out independently, shall be collected from the owner of the property.
