Adults Advocacy, CYP Advocacy
Independent advocacy services to support adults who meet relevant eligibility criteria. This duty sits within existing statutory duties to provide the following categories of advocacy for adults:
• Independent Mental Health Advocacy (IMHA)
• Independent Mental Capacity Advocacy (IMCA)
• Independent Care Act Advocacy (ICAA)
• Relevant Person’s Representative (RPR)
Advocacy services for Looked After Children, when the child or young person wishes to be:
• Represented at a meeting, such as a Looked After Review, and / or
• Assisted in making a complaint
