The mission of the technical inspector will be broken down into modules for each phase of technical inspection of documents:
Document Design Control
Technical inspection of execution documents
On-site technical inspection, including monthly summaries of opinions issued that have not been followed up or are awaiting a response
Final Acceptance Checks
Interventions during the guarantee period of perfect completion.
For each of these operations, these controls will consist of the following missions:
Type L mission relating to the solidity of the structures,
LE-type mission relating to the solidity of existing buildings,
type P1 mission relating to the solidity of the non-inextricably linked elements of equipment.
This mission covers all existing structures or works carried out as part of this operation: "including the measures implemented to ensure their stability in the provisional phase".
Type S mission relating to the safety of persons,
Ph-type mission relating to the sound insulation of buildings other than residential buildings
type Th mission relating to thermal insulation and energy savings,
Hand-type mission relating to the accessibility of buildings for people with disabilities,
Sei/Sti mission relating to the safety of persons in establishments open to the public,
Type F mission relating to the operation of the installations,
BMS-type mission relating to the technical management of the building,
HYS mission on hygiene and health in buildings
CO mission to coordinate control missions,
VIEL mission relating to the initial verification of electrical installations,
CONSUEL mission relating to the verification of the conformity of electrical installations prior to energization.
