The purpose of the contract is to transcribe written meetings of entities under the General Secretariat, Directorates-General, Delegations General and Ministerial Cabinet of the Ministry of Culture.

On the basis of recordings of meetings organized by the various divisions of the General Secretariat, Directorate-General, Delegations General and Ministerial Cabinet, the contract holder produces different transcription documents such as:

— transcripts in extenso,

— reports,

— summaries.
