Statped, henceforth referred to as the Contracting Authority, invites tenderers to an open tender contest for the purchase of cleaning services for Statped's locations in accordance with the Public Procurement Regulations ('FOA') FOR 2016-08-12-974 parts I and III. The contracting shall enter into an agreement with only one tenderer, but is open to the tenderer involving sub-providers.

Statped is managed by the Ministry of Education and Research and we provide governmental special educational support services. Statped has approx. 600 man-years divided in 14 different locations around the country. Approx. 80% of the employees are located in Oslo, Bergen and Trondheim, while the employees are located at other locations.

The contracting authority shall enter into a contract for cleaning services with one tenderer.

The contracting authority is represented at 14 locations, 8 of these are included in the cleaning service. The remaining 6 locations have the cleaning included in the tenancy agreements. The locations included in the agreement are Alta, Tromsø, Trondheim, Bergen, Oslo (locations), Gjøvik and Holmestrand.

The total area is 21264 m2.
