The subject of the contract is the purchase of medical equipment and apparatus for the needs of the Neonatology Department and the Delivery Route for SPZOZ WSS No. 3 in Rybnik. No. 1.3 to the SWZ specifies ("Terms of quality and service warranty"). The order is divided into 9 packs. (parts) in Annex 1.1 ("Form. price"). Each of the wyk. may submit an offer for one or any number of selected PAKs. Deadline prem. Order: no longer than until 05.12.2023. in the scope of package No. 1 to No. 8 and no longer than until 30.11.2023. in the scope of package no. 9 (bulleted parameter).
