The purpose of this consultation is to rehabilitate 152 housing units in the Mont-Lucas II housing complex in CAYENNE. The work will be the subject of a single phase of realization and is divided into seven (7) lots. Devolution into separate works contracts for each lot.
Candidates are offered the opportunity to bid for one or more of the lots for which they have the necessary technical qualifications and for which they are insured in ten-year insurance and professional liability.
Variants are allowed. There are options to be quantified. They may or may not be notified. The overall turnaround time for all batches is twenty-four (24) months (including two (2) month preparation period. Estimated start date: December 2023.
