Albertslund Municipality hereby invites interested bidders to bid on Vestegnens Indkøbsforum's (KIC) tender for the purchase and delivery of orthopaedic footwear and foot inserts to searched citizens. The KIC is a purchasing community consisting of 10 municipalities that work together to carry out joint tenders and create a common framework for procurement. The tender is carried out in accordance with the procedure "public tender", cf. Titles I & II of the Public Procurement Act in accordance with the procedure in LOV no. 1564 of 15/12/2015 (the Public Procurement Act). The tender concerns the purchase and supply of orthopaedic footwear and foot inserts to searched citizens in the contracting municipalities.
Tender of one framework agreement for the purchase and supply of orthopaedic footwear and foot inserts to searched citizens in the participating municipalities. In addition, repair of orthopedic footwear and inlays, as well as adjustments to citizens' own footwear.
The annual total volume is estimated at DKK 6,400,000 excl. VAT, with a total estimated value of DKK 25,600,000 (including options). The volume is purely indicative and based on historical figures, which is why they cannot be taken as an expression of a guaranteed future turnover size. The maximum value of the Agreement for the term of the Agreement is estimated at the total estimated value plus 20%.
Furthermore, aids for citizens under section 112 of the Services Act are covered by the rules on free choice. Citizens who are searched for assistive devices are therefore free to choose a supplier other than the one with whom the Customer has entered into a Framework Agreement, cf. section 112(3) of the Danish Service Act. The volume indicated above is based on the historical turnover of both contract and free-choice suppliers. The Tenderer can therefore expect that the actual volume of the Agreement may be lower, depending on how many citizens choose to use a supplier other than the contract supplier.
The contracting entity has chosen not to award separate lots. The contracting entity has, on the basis of economic conditions, estimated that a more advantageous price could be obtained with an overall agreement. In order to ensure the quality and coherence of the overall task tendered, it is considered appropriate to have a single Contract.
