Rana municipality hereby invites tenderers to an open tender contest for a framework agreement for the delivery of both taxed and duty-free diesel to the municipality's self-owned vehicles in the period 01.07.2022 - 01.07.2024. Option for 1 year plus 1 year extension, a total of 4 years. . The fuel requirement for the municipality consists of two different products; duty-free and taxed diesel. Duty-free fuel is mainly used for machinery in the construction industry, while taxed fuel is used by the rest of the vehicles.

The contract consists of 2 lots: Lot 1 of the tender contest includes access to filling ata pump, while loot 2 includes the delivery of a tank to the municipality's property at Mjølan in Mo i Rana. Tenders for lot 1 and lot 2 of the contest shall be submitted as separate tenders.

For lot 1, which includes filling fuel from a pump, the municipality wants the opportunity to fill fuel at a self-service pumping station. There is a need for a certain distribution of the offered pumping stations so that different departments in the municipality can fill at different locations, and where this is closest to the daily service production. The number of filling stations / pumps in central areas of Rana will therefore give a positive effect until further delimitation that does not add further added value to the municipality. Rana municipality needs at least 1 of the pumps to be centrally located, which in this case means no more than 4 km from Mo in the centre of Rana.
