The offered subject of the contract should meet at least the functions and parameters set out in Annex 1 to the ToR - specified as limit parameters. If the OPZ uses to describe the subject of the order of the markings or parameters indicating a specific manufacturer or product or standards are indicated, the Employer allows the use of equivalent products, which should be understood as products with parameters not worse than those presented in the OPZ, meeting the requirements of the Employer, at least in the same scope as the requirements in OPZ, and the Contractor whose offer is rated highest will be required to submit a detailed description of the products offered, which will result in maintaining equivalence.
