The object of the contract is the provision of coaching and consulting services for the introduction and anchoring of agile organizational principles, methods, procedures and tools.
The assignment includes coaching and consulting, as well as support in the learning and stabilization phase for the evaluation, optimization and consolidation of the transformation, the accompaniment of communication and change in the virtual setting.
Toll Collect is already in transition to a more agile corporate structure. In January 2023, the company started with a new organizational structure. Now, step by step, the procedures and processes for the provision of services are being changed. As a basis for the realignment, Toll Collect GmbH is based on the SAFe framework ("Scaled Agile" framework). In order to support Toll Collect GmbH in implementing the tasks in the context of the realignment using agile methods and working methods, and to accompany the agile realignment with regard to change management in terms of content and communication, Toll Collect needs external support. On this occasion, Toll Collect is looking for a partner who advises/coaches in the transformation and change process as well as in various agile projects, areas and teams and supports the company in its agile realignment.
