1. The subject of the order is:

a) Collection and management of municipal waste from real estate

Located in all villages of the commune Radziechowy-Wieprz:

i.e. Radziechowy, Wieprz, Przybędza, Brzuśnik, Bystra, and Juszczyn

and their transport to a regional installation or replacement installation to serve the region,

b) organization and operation of the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point in the commune of Radziechowy-Wieprz, which will provide services to residents in accordance with the binding resolution of the commune Council of Radziechowy-Wieprz on the detailed method and scope of providing services in the field of collecting municipal waste from property owners and manage this waste in exchange for a fee paid by the owner.
