1.1 The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste from the area of the Municipality of Jarosław from inhabited and uninhabited properties on which municipal waste is generated, the operation of the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point and the supply of municipal waste containers to the property – in accordance with the OPZ constituting an attachment to the Terms of Reference
1. Basic assumptions
1.1 The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste from the area of the Municipality of Jarosław from inhabited and uninhabited properties where municipal waste is generated, the operation of the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point and the supply of municipal waste containers to the property
1.2 Deadline of execution of waste collection and management service:
from 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2024
1.3 Acceptance and development will include:
1) directly from the property:
(a) mixed municipal waste,
b) separate collection and collection of municipal waste, including at least: paper, metals, plastics, glass, packaging waste, multi-material waste and bio-waste,
2) collected in containers located in the city of Jarosław (the so-called Local Selective Collection Points for Packaging Waste) for packaging waste (paper and cardboard waste, glass, metals, plastics, multi-material packaging)
3) collected in containers located in selected pharmacies (the so-called Selective Collection Points for expired medicines) – medicines after the expiry date and unused medicines
4) collected in containers located in schools and public facilities (the so-called Selective Collection Points for Waste Small-Size Batteries) - waste batteries and accumulators, other than industrial and automotive batteries
5) collected at the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK):
- expired medications,
- chemicals,
- spent batteries and batteries,
- furniture and other large-sized waste,
- waste from paper,
- glass waste
- waste from metals, plastics and multi-material packaging,
- worn tyres,
- biodegradable waste,
- municipal waste construction and demolition,
- biowaste,
- wastes of clothing and textiles.
- waste ineligible for household medical waste from taking medicinal products in the form of injections and monitoring the level of substances in the blood, in particular needles and syringes
1.4 Estimated total waste
13 500,00 Mg
in accordance with the GPO annexed to the Terms of Reference
